SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
No surprises here, we have $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING and FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150!
Once we receive your order and confirmation that payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched on the next business day. The estimated delivery time within Australia is between 2 – 7 days. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Should the item go into backorder, we will contact you to advise of the expected lead-time.
We use both Australia Post and Fastway Couriers, to deliver your order during normal business hours. All parcels will require recipient to sign for the delivery and hence, we recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free delivery. Please indicate if the item can be left with the receptionist. If no one is at the location at the time of delivery available to sign for the parcel, a collection card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery along with details on how to collect your parcel and/or arrange a re-delivery.
Please contact us if you have an urgent delivery requirement. Depending on your location, there may be an alternate way to get your product delivered faster. If you select Express Shipping at the checkout, we will automatically prioritise your order - including any personalisation. Express orders are shipped either same day (order placed before 11am) or the next business day using Australia Post's Express Post service.
What if my product has not arrived in the expected time frame?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us and we will track down your parcel for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and if for any genuine reason you are not pleased with items you’ve purchased online, we will happily offer a refund or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note though that delivery charges are not refundable. Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Returns, exchange and refunds are processed for products purchased from this website only. Be aware of cheap copies sold on mass online retailer websites that are not a genuine SailorBags and in some cases not even made of sailcloth!
Return, exchange, refund period
Returns and exchanges of unopened items can be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed excluding all delivery charges.
Before you send an item for refund or exchange
Prior to returning any items, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation, your intention to return goods and to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. Parcels returned without an RA number will not be processed or refunded.
Only unopened packages will be accepted for return.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition; unopened, unused, unwashed, tags attached and in a saleable condition.
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund excluding the applicable delivery fees (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
Postage and Delivery charges are not refundable.
We will not refund delivery charges, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.
Defective or damaged products
At SailorBags Australia, we check all products prior to shipping it to you. Please contact us immediately if the product arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items will be replaced at no extra cost to you. Please note that products must be unused and in their original condition with tags still attached.
SailorBags Australia receipt or other proof of purchase must also be provided when returning goods under warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Shipping return parcels
For safety and security of the parcel you are returning, it is recommended that all products return via registered post. The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense. Please note that the item will remain the responsibility of the sender until it returns to SailorBags Australia - we are unable to take responsibility of missing parcels and can only issue a refund when we have received your return parcel with RA number.
